Group Visits

No trip to Philadelphia is complete without a visit to the National Museum of American Jewish History, the newest attraction on Independence Mall.

Group Rates

Rates are based upon a group size of 15 or more, and are available only through advance booking. Visits must be scheduled at least one month in advance.

Admission entitles the group to full exhibition access, for exploring on their own at their own pace (we recommend at least two to three hours). For an additional fee, the NMAJH offers guided tours that explore all three main floors of the exhibition.

Parties of fewer than 15 pay regular admission rates and may visit at any time without advance reservations for a self-guided visit. These parties may also schedule a private guided tour, for an additional fee of $125, by booking at least one month in advance through Groups Sales.

^When Members or children 12 and under visit with a group, there is an administrative cost associated with arranging their visit. Members are always welcome to visit on their own.

A non-refundable, 25% deposit is due no later than two weeks after booking to guarantee your date. Full payment is required two weeks prior to visit.

Current Offerings:

In collaboration with the Philadelphia Theatre Company, we invite you to experience the Museum

and see the Tony-Award-winning musical The Scottsboro Boys. With one call to the Museum,

we’ll do the arranging for you, for one convenient, inclusive price, starting at $55/person.

Group Dining

The Museum is a kosher facility.

Groups may not bring their own food into the building.

Group Sales can provide kosher boxed lunches to groups. These lunches must be ordered in advance with the entire group's participation. Group leaders must submit this form at the time of final payment to the Group Sales office.

Smaller groups are welcome to visit Pomegranates Café on the first floor of the Museum, but it is not available for reservation.

Both boxed lunches and Pomegranates Café are under Mekor Baruch Orthodox Kosher Supervision.

Scheduling Your Visit

Visits must be scheduled at least one month in advance. Group visit slots fill quickly. Please contact us well in advance of your preferred visit date or dates.
